How we use information you share with Hanvey’s Tree Service.
Information you provide
When you contact us or request an estimate, you may provide your name, email, phone number, property address, service needs, and message. We use these details to respond, arrange estimates, and discuss requested services.
How forms are processed
Our website forms use Google Apps Script to send your inquiry to [email protected]. Google processes the submission and email delivery. We do not sell the information you submit.
Email offers and two-step estimates
If you enter your email in the offer form, that email is sent to Tyson as a separate offer inquiry before you complete the detailed estimate. We use it to respond about the offer and your requested estimate. It is not an automatic subscription to an unrelated newsletter. You may request no further contact at any time.
Property photos
Photos submitted with an estimate are stored in Google Drive under ESTIMATE SUBMISSIONS, in a customer-specific folder labeled with the name, phone, email, and submission date you provide. The inquiry email includes a folder link for the business. The website does not make these folders or photos public. Access follows the business Google account’s folder permissions.
Cookies and device storage
Essential storage remembers your cookie choices for up to 180 days and carries the email and inquiry identifier between estimate steps in your current browser session. Optional functional storage remembers an offer dismissal for seven days only if you allow it. The site does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers. Choose Accept all, Reject optional, or Manage preferences in the banner; reopen Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice.
Website features
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider and Google may process technical information needed to deliver the site and forms.
Retention and questions
Inquiry emails may be retained to manage customer communications and service records. To ask about your information or request deletion, email [email protected]. Please do not include sensitive personal or financial information in a website message.
